On your left, you’ll pass the bedroom and two bathrooms- one full and one half bath. A completely renovated and fully equipped kitchen has plenty of room to cook meals and offers a breakfast bar, seating for three people, perfect to enjoy morning coffee. The dining nook has a high-top table for two and the living area has a sofa and a TV where you can enjoy the evening after a day in the sun. Wall to wall glass has a sliding door leading to the balcony, with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. A queen-sized sofa bed in the living area and a king-sized bed in the master means there’s enough room for four guests in this coastal one-bedroom condo.Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.SunDestin Beach Resort lies right in the middle of Destin, with Big Kahuna’s and The Track less than a mile away and shopping and dining just four miles west at Harborwalk Village. Walk down the boardwalk along the Destin Harbor to find plenty more activities, such as charter fishing, dolphin cruises, and parasailing.
