Plus, the Scenic Stays team is always available at the 24 hour front desk.SunDestin 1817 is a one-bedroom, one and half bath condo with a fantastic view. Upon entry, you’ll see the kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make meals and is bright and airy. There’s seating for four at the dining room table. The sofas in the living area are a great spot to wind down after a day exploring the Destin area. Get a DVD in the lobby to enjoy- they’re included in your stay. Through the sliding glass door is the balcony- it’s the perfect place to enjoy sunsets and the coastline view of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom can be accessed from the balcony and has a king sized bed. Both bathrooms can be accessed from this room or the hall. There’s a sofa bed in the living room, so the condo sleeps four guests comfortably. This one-bedroom rental will easily become your favorite place to stay.Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.Less than five miles from SunDestin Beach Resort you’ll find multiple golf courses, restaurants, and attractions. Spend a day off the sand at Big Kahuna’s Waterpark or The Track Destin- they’re both less than a mile from the resort.
