SunKissed Cottage – beachfront north end AMIBeachfront, North End, large 2 bedroom with expansive views of the dolphins frolicking in the azure waters of the North End of Anna Maria Island. BBQ grill, bikes, paddle boards, kayak and a golf cart all included. Your backyard is a beautiful view of Egmont Key & the Skyway Bridge. Walk to the Rod & Reel Pier where dolphins frolic every afternoon or walk to Pine Avenue for some local shopping.Coastal Contemporary Updated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom Home.Both are King Beds and there is plenty of room for an air mattress or two. Large open floor plan where the kitchen/dining/family room has a view of the beach, sunsets and skyway bridge. The family room has a new sofa bed. The heated pool is complete and ready for guests.For those guests wanting to use the Equipment provided, we do require a signed waiver for anyone 18 or older. The Golf Cart provided requires anyone 25 plus to sign a golf cart agreement.(Signed Waivers Required for all Amenities. Golf Cart limited to adults 25+ with a valid DL, Auto Insurance and signed waiver)CANCELLATION POLICY Full Refund for any cancellation 90 days or more prior to arrival. No Refund for any cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival.
