You can exit either by taking a left or a right out of the cul-de-sac. Parking is available in the driveway and in the garage.The washer and dryer units are located in the garage behind the double doors. You can also open the garage door by hitting the yellow button next to the kitchen door.1. NO smoking. Please refrain from smoking on the property. Violators will incur a $250-$500 cleaning fee.2. NO illegal drugs. The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.3. NO parties. Celebrations are prohibited unless prior approval from the host is received.4. NO pets. Guests who bring pets will be subject to a one-time $100 pet fee.5. Always lock the house when leaving to protect your belongings and our property.6.
