Our luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with fast Gulf Access, alongside a generous dock, and heated saltwater Pool and Hot Tub right out the backdoor awaits you. Enjoy the South Florida lifestyle of outdoor living with the covered lanai that spans almost the whole back of the house. We love inviting guests to our home away from home, and pride ourselves on our quick communication with you. A family of manatees were living in the backyard canal, so we hope they come back. You can also fish right off the dock in the backyard.We love visiting Florida yet the first time we visited Cape Coral/Fort Myers, we knew immediately this is where we wanted to live. The location is perfect. World class beaches are just over 25 minutes away, yet amazing sunsets with the glistening ocean water are enjoyed from the comfy outdoor furniture in the lanai and the screen-enclosed pool/hot tub. We are closer to Fort Myers Beach than some of those who live in Fort Myers. Boating, pickleball, golf, bocce ball, biking, and walking trails are right around the corner too for you to recreate yourself. The local beach is about 4 miles away- complete with bathrooms, showers, and playground. Our SunLit SeaWay boasts plenty of comfortable beds for large gatherings of family and friends, yet cozy and intimate enough for a smaller group, too. We welcome you to stay a week or a month, and have you enjoy and experience the atmosphere that allows us to rest, relax, and rejuvenate ourselves.The professionally landscape house, with plenty of palm trees, has vaulted ceilings allowing plenty of sunshine with an open concept feel. The double door glass pane entry leads into an immense great room with a three slider door to the pool. From the all-white kitchen, with new quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, with a restful breakfast nook, you will have all you need for a meal together. Not forgetting the high speed internet throughout the house, you will have everything you need to rest and relax. Our great room has comfy leather sofas and a fireplace for the cooler nights. Two of the three bedrooms have direct access to a bathroom, with one being tucked away on the other side of the house. One bedroom has doors to allow you to slip away straight to the Hot Tub with waterfall and accent lights.. Fresh linens and simple yet pristine decor will calm and rejuvenate your spirit. Almost every room in the house has views of the beautiful sunsets for unforgettable experiences. Enjoy plenty of open air, sunshine, outdoor living with overhead fans. Best of all, we enjoy knowing that our dock to open water is 12-15 minutes away, with one 9ft clearance bridge. If you provide the power, use our four kayaks, but realize it will take a little longer, closer to 35 minutes. Our neighborhood is located in a dead end entry with a quiet park-like setting right out the front door.AMENITIES–1,733 square foot house, contains a private heated pool and hot tub, right on a gulf access canal 12-15 minutes to open water with one 9ft clearance bridge.-3 Bedrooms (King, Queen/queen, Full bunk bed with twin trundle, Twin roll-away, & Sleeper sofa) and 2 large bathrooms. We make sure that all of the mattresses are very comfortable.-Top quality furnishings and fixtures with USB ports-Large dock for boating, sunbathing, fishing and as always watching the breathtaking sunsets every night.-Pool Table, darts a huge Roku TV and, yoga mats, and small weights in the converted garage.-Furnished kitchen with everything you need to start your luxurious vacation. (I need my Keurig & coffee everyday to enjoy in the breakfast nook or outside.)-Closely located to beaches, shopping, and restaurants that you can visit. Fresh sea air and delicious seafood awaits you.-A day on the beach is all ready to use immediately with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, toys, and portable grill.-Fresh linen and washing machine/dryer readily available if needed…especially needed if you come with kids.-For the little ones, we have a pack n’ play, high chair and plenty of beach toys. For the bigger ones, we have the garage – turned into a game room – with a pool table, board games, TV and sports equipment.-Our area is very safe and family friendly. We have no reservations about allowing our teens to walk to nearby stores or parks.-Four kayaks and a stand up paddle board with life jackets are available for you to explore the canals or spend a day on the water. My son and I made it to open water in 35 minutes.-Pool is heated but works best if covered when not in use during the winter, we do not charge additional for heating it (electricity) so please help us keep it warm by covering when not in use.-Salt water hot tub has a cover assist to make it easy to remove!-Fish right off the dock in the backyardSince our family likes to play, we have included everything that we enjoy doing at the house. There are Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, cooler, sand toys and a Frisbee are ready to go. Four kayaks and life vests are a fun trip, we paddled 35 minutes to the Caloosahatchee River. Shopping, grocery, local businesses are so close, yet our house is tucked away in a quiet retreat neighborhood. Our first visit to Cape Coral/Fort Myers was the vacation we always remembered and we are confident yours will be too.Lastly, our neighborhood is extremely safe, but we have two monitored security cameras on the premises that look out at the property lines. One is in the front of the home facing the driveway, the other is in the back monitoring the dock. The Arlo doorbell is located at the front entrance facing the front walkway and does monitor the front door activity. These cameras cannot be shut down or turned off. All external cameras are disclosed in our descriptions and intended only for the safety of the home itself as well as all guests who stay there. Upon arrival we may count the number of guests entering the home and ensure occupancy limits are being followed; just as a personal greeter would do. Cameras are not viewed while guests are vacationing at the home unless we are expecting service providers, which guests would also be made aware or we receive any messages from neighbors about excessive noise, too many vehicles or pets on the property. Turning off, adjusting, or blocking the cameras is a violation of house rules and guest will be asked to leave the property immediately.
