It is all private.* Queen sized bed, nightstand, alarm clock, dresser and closet in bedroom.* Couch, end table, large closet, and 2 person table in living room.* Full Bathroom with tub – strong water pressure and hot water all day.* Fully equipped kitchen with oven and refrigerator. Has plates, cups, cutlery and basic cooking equipment.* Basic Cable TV* wireless Internet* Coffee maker.* NO SMOKING apartment.* Bedding, linens and towels are provided.* DECORATIVE FIREPLACE – you can light candles in it but not a fire!* Walking distance to Central Park, Lincoln Center, American Museum of Natural History, Broadway Theaters, Columbus Circle, Fifth Avenue, Tiffany’s, Saks, MoMA, Sony AMC theatre, Time Warner Center, Rockefeller Center, Trump Tower and more.* Ten minutes to Columbia University and Midtown, 20 minutes to Downtown.* Please note that the couch will hold a small child; we can provide you with an aerobed for larger children or adults (in addition to the queen sized bed in the bedroom).Please note that this is a four flight walkup.The building has active recorded video-only cameras on the common entry floor (three) & building front (one); they cannot see into any apartments and are outside the property. They are not monitored, and video is stored for approximately 30 days.The apartment may have an active decibel and device monitor (Minut) on the kitchen ceiling. It monitors smoke & c/o alarms, temperature and humidity; it cannot record video or sound. The function to monitor the number of nearby devices or motion is disabled.
