Summary:3rd floor, ON the Golf Course in an ELEVATOR building of the very desirable complex of Magnolia Place in Myrtlewood. Very centrally located and only 2 miles to the beach! Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.*Pets are allowed with pet feeThe Space:1 bedroom, 1 bath, Very spacious condo. 1 Queen bed, 1 pullout sofa in the living room. Washer and dryer available in the unit.*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room.*Sheets and linens provided.*Free WiFi and cable TV available.*Pets are allowed. Pet fee is $75 per pet for the entire stay.*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.*Towels are provided for showers only.Guest Access:The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.* Pool entry with pool key fob only. You can find the key fob in the kitchen drawer. Please make sure to return the key fob to the kitchen drawer before checking out. There is a $100 charge for lost/broken key card.*Washer/dryer available in the unit.*Parking is free.* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.Other Things to Note:*Pool key is photographed before each stay. There is a $100 fine for lost/broken pool key.*Please review my house rules.*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you’re not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.Interaction with Guests:Please communicate through the website or app only.
