Located just 3 blocks from the beach with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, this home features a great screen porch with outdoor dining, an amazing open kitchen with oversized center island and large dining table. Living room is spacious and open with a large screen TV. The Master bedroom is on the main floor with a large ensuite bathroom with spa tub, separate shower, double sinks and large walk-in closet. Of the remaining bedrooms, there is a second bedroom on the main floor with 2 additional bedrooms upstairs.Home Features and Notes: Screen porch, Outdoor Shower, 3 TVs (living room, and 2 of the 4 bedrooms – all are smart televisions). This is a raised home with parking available under the house. Washer and Dryer located on the 1st floor. WiFi, Linens included. Fireplace is not for guest use. Gas grill, under the house, please clean after each use.
