The 4 end seats of family room sofas recline. Gas fireplace comes on with the flip of a switch. Large flatscreen TVs in Family room, Master Bedroom, and Den/Bedroom with Netflix, HBO and everything you could want to watch and more.Master Bedroom has California King size bed and large luxurious attached bath, and it’s own patio,Guest Bedroom has a Queen size bed and it’s own en-suite bathroom, and there is room to put a twin mattress and box springs on floor for 3rd person in this room, or elsewhere in the house.Den/Bedroom has a very comfortable Queen size sleeper sofa, desk space workstation, and it’s own tv. Closet available and use of half bath across the hall for den/bedroom.Gourmet kitchen, with granite counters with everything you could want to make a meal.Plenty of games in game cabinet, plus cornhole(beanbag toss) available.3 patios, one with firetable and gas grill and 2 Chaise lounges. Plus a private courtyard with table and chairs in front.5 minute walk to heated pool and spa in Country Club style Clubhouse, with 2 lighted tennis courts, 4 rooms of fitness equipment (state of the art), beautiful grounds, 2 sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, picnic ramadas, and hiking trails abound in community. Coolers available for your use also.State of the art conference room available for business travelers in Clubhouse.Guest access:You will have entire house, minus the separate casita, that has a separate entry and will be locked off. We will provide hanging space for clothing, but 2 walk in closets in bedrooms will be locked off as this is our personal home. Thanks for understanding.Interaction with guestsWe will be staying nearby in the neighborhood available if needed.Other things to note:We’ll give your group 1-3 magnetic cards that you will need to access any of the community amenities including gyms, pool, hot tub, and tennis.
