Sunny Breeze condo is light and airy with blue water Ocean View! Top floor condominium beautifully decorated in a blue and white coastal scheme. Enjoy fabulous sunset views off your front patio, wake up to the morning light with easterly views off master bedroom. Two very spacious bedrooms sleep 4 and 1 on the couch if you have a 5th guest. 2 baths and laundry room. 1 assigned parking space. Beach chairs & towels. Walk to everything! 1 block to beach, less than a mile to town or track.Good neighbor quite hours are 10 pm – 8 am (socializing indoors)Non smoking condo and building.Guests have access to the entire condoText and phone call. I also live in the building and can be available if needed.We are across the street from the beach. Guest love the quick walk to the shore.The village is less than a mile and an easy walk as well. The Brigatine is 1/2 mile away. Plenty of restaurants and shopping to the north in Solana Beach (also less than a mile). Back walking trail will take you to the Fairgrounds.
