This gorgeous updated POOL HOME is situated in the desirable SW Cape Coral, a great spot for dining, shopping and sightseeing! Our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house is the perfect getaway spot furnished with all the necessities like smart TVs, Wi-Fi, a gas grill, and a laundry room. Parking and self-check-in are available and for added convenience, rates start at just one adult. Some pets are also welcome with a fee of $35.00 per night per pet and all additional guests that use the facilities are charged at the rate of $32.00 per night. Requirements include completing an online guest registration including their name, age, email address, and credit card information before check-in. The payment termsand security deposits are defined on the HomeAway page where the Traveler made the reservations.ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE Unless otherwise indicated in the description of the property,arrival/departure must take place at the following hours: arrival between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. The exacttime of arrival must be STRICTLY advised at the time of booking or subsequently thereof, so that theowner or his/her representative can meet the holiday-maker on the spot. Departure (for alldestinations): between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.UPON ARRIVAL On arrival the holiday-maker must present passport or identity card to the owner or hisrepresentative to enable them to proceed with their registration in accordance with legal requirements.All payments based on the terms of the reservation must be successful.SECURITY DEPOSIT When a security deposit is required for a reservation, the amount will be pre-authorized or charged to the credit card. Such amount will be refunded at the end of the holiday lessany deduction made for damage caused to the property or for any additional costs that were notincluded in the rental price.THE OWNER OR HIS/HER REPRESENTATIVE CAN REFUSE ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY IF THE SECURITYDEPOSIT IS NOT HANDED OVER. If a security deposit is not indicated on the web pages or in thedescription of the property, no security deposit will be requested. The holiday-maker is nonethelessresponsible for any losses or damages caused to the property or its contents during the holiday. In theevent of any damages the property manager reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker the relativeamount. Should the holiday-maker decide to leave the property prematurely the owner or hisrepresentative is authorised to refund the deposit to the holiday-maker by post (less any deductions fordamages or any additional expenses) and only after having checked the inventory and the property inquestion.NUMBER OF PERSONS/SUBSTITUTIONS PET The person who made the reservation must be availableduring arrival. The amount of guests specific in the reservation is the maximum amount of guestsallowed. Any other exceptions are stated in the property description or on the web pages. Pets will beadmitted in those properties where the respective symbols are shown. The holiday-maker is obliged toadvise the property manager at the time of booking if he/she is bringing any pets, stating the numberand size as well. Any costs relative to pets is specified in the description of the property. It is compulsorythat the holiday-maker supervise his/her pet(s) within the communal areas inside the property.CLEANING The properties will be handed over clean and tidy and in good working order. If the rentalincludes a cleaning fee, it must be paid before arrival. This amount does not however include thecleaning of the kitchen corner/the kitchen/the kitchenette such as dirty dishes etc. or the removal ofrubbish which are the holiday-maker’s responsibility. If this has not been done, the owner or his/herrepresentative is obliged to charge an additional expense in addition to the amount due. If no cleaningcost is foreseen, the holiday-maker must leave the property clean and tidy. If the property is not handedback in the above-mentioned condition, the holiday-maker must pay the owner or his/herrepresentative on the spot the amount necessary for cleaning the property. If this should not occur, theproperty manager reserves the right to request the above-mentioned amount within 14 days from thedate in which the owner’s request is received.HEATING The use of heating (when it can be switched on and off, temperature, etc.) is controlled byregulations which vary from region to region.EXTERNAL MAINTENANCE The owner or his representative reserve the right to have free access to theproperty for essential maintenance purposes. If the holiday-maker finds any issues that requiresattention, the holiday-maker is required to inform the property manager immediately.ALTERATIONS – CANCELLATION CHARGES Any changes to the reservation and the terms thereof will bedefined during the booking process. Unless otherwise specified, there are no refund for alterations orcancellations.RESPONSIBILITY The descriptions appearing on the web pages are accurate and have been prepared ingood faith. The holiday-maker is responsible for reporting any discrepancies directly to the propertymanager immediately when noticed.IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL HOLIDAY-MAKERS: As you are aware, the properties offered arenot official tourist structures, such as hotels, residences, etc. but private houses. Being such, they do nothave standards or categories that are internationally recognised, indeed they reflect, in theirarchitecture and furnishings, the local traditions and the personal taste of the owner. This is preciselythe kind of holiday that is offered: the chance to partake in the culture of the area chosen, living for afew weeks in the same surroundings as an inhabitant would. In order to live this experience in the rightspirit, it is important not only that the holiday-maker accepts but also that he will be able to appreciatethe differences in the properties proposed in comparison with those where he normally lives. Any extraservices and events (for example chef dinners, cooking lessons, wedding parties) that renters would liketo arrange on the property grounds need to be authorized in advance by the property owners.LAW AND JURISDICTION This agreement is between the holiday-maker (the renter) and the agency orproperty owner. In the event of controversies, all matters a handled by the courts of the country wherethe property or property manager is located.
