Please note the unit’s only bathroom is located in the master bedroom so guests will need to walk through the bedroom to use it.Guest accessYou’ll have access to the entire front unit of the duplex with it’s own separate private entrance and fenced-in front yard. This home is part of a duplex, but each unit has their own separate private entrance and separate yard. For parking, please utilize the free street parking and do not park in the driveway.Other things to noteHome is part of a duplex and as your hosts we live on-site in the other unit, but you will not hear from us unless you need something. We do have a small dog who you may occasionally hear from the other side of the fence.
