Hello and welcome to this light, bright Santa Monica 3 BR, 2 BA Home with a large grassy backyard. Perfect for beach lovers and families. Dogs welcome! Bike or walk to the beach or Main Street, or to the shops, restaurants and cafes on Ocean Park Blvd.There are 3 Bedrooms (1 king, and 2 twin beds), 2 living rooms, a dining area, two full baths, both w/ tubs. Backyard has a dining table, couch and chairs, a grill, an umbrella, and outdoor shower. Basketball hoop in front yard. Dogs welcome. Great suburban Santa Monica neighborhood, with tree-lined streets. The house is light, bright and airy, and approximately 1,500 SF.Easy access to Ocean Park Blvd (Thyme Cafe, Ghisallo Pizza, Layla Bagels), Main Street, and Abbot Kinney Blvd in Venice. Marine Park is walkable, about 7 blocks away with a playground, tennis courts and basketball courts. The house is about 12-blocks to the Santa Monica beach and its biking/walking path.There is a doggie door in living room so small dogs can go in and out as they please. The backyard is fully fenced in for dogs.We can help you get surfboards, pack and plays, bikes, toys, games, etc. Just ask!We are experienced 5-star hosts and we also run a full time rental house in CT with over 200 5-star reviews.A few things to note!– The house does not have central air conditioning. In summer months, we have overhead fans in all 3 bedrooms and in one of the living rooms, and some stand up oscillating fans. There is a window AC unit in one of the twin bedrooms.– For those with smaller children: please note that the downstairs bedrooms and the upstairs bedroom are separated from each other. They are on separate floors and opposite sides of the house. Previous guests have used baby monitors. Additionally, one of the downstairs bedrooms overlooks the front yard.– There is no bathroom upstairs. The bathroom for the upstairs bedroom is at the bottom of the stairs.If you have any questions at all about the house, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
