You’ll enjoy your stay with seniors Lenore & Paul who provide good hospitality. This has been my home for 30 years and you’re welcome to stay and enjoy yourself. There are no steps and the apt is tiled throughout. The pool is private and you will have your own patio and driveway for 2 cars. Most guests stay are comfortable and pleasantly satisfactory in this 550 sq ft apartment.The apt is attached to the house and there are no other guests besides those in the apt.The neighborhood (Northdale) is 5 mins away from all conveniences e.g. shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, the Y, parks with walking trails, movies, Sam’s, elementary school, high school.20 minutes from Tampa International airport ( TIA).Minutes from hospitals, doctor’s and dentist’s offices.25 mins to Moffit Cancer Center.30 minutes to the beaches25 minutes to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island.(water theme park)60 mins to Walt Disney towards Orlando on I-4.30 mins to Raymond James stadium, home of the Buccaneers.35 mins to Tampa Bay Lightning arena ( hockey ).40 mins toThe Tampa Bay Rays (baseball) Tropicana field.
