This unit is also equipped with Flat screen TV, WiFi and AC. On-site coin-op laundry room . And parking for 1 vehicle. Need additional parking, right across the street is a public parking. The balcony out your front door, overlooks Ashworth Ave and the marsh beyond the lot across the street has some great sunset views. Speaking of views, while you’re not on the water you’re only 1 block from sand, surf, and attractions.We pride ourselves on providing clean, friendly, and comfortable accommodations for those who vacation with us in Hampton Beach. Our units may not be waterfront nor have water views, but all are within either ½ or 1 block of the boardwalk. The perfect get away. Whether you have kids or not our properties are people friendly, who want to enjoy all that Hampton Beach has to offer but at the same time be able to have a relaxing experience. This results in guests returning year after year.Only at Hampton Beach can you find free evening concerts, movies on the beach, fantastic firework displays, an endless array of events, competitions, festivals and amusements. And if you want to check out our 19 mile coastline, other areas that you’ll want to visit while here include, Ordione Point in Rye, or Strawberry Banke, in Portsmouth, Fort Constitution in New Castle and an endless array of other historic places right along the New Hampshire coastline.. As all of our units are privately owned Condominiums and not a hotel, we do not offer daily maid service but we do provide our guests with Linens and towels for the number of guests who have booked with us. We also provide a starter of Toilet paper, paper towels trash bags and basic cleaning supplies. So when you are planning your trip, don’t forget to pack your personal items such as hair dryer, special cooking condiments, beach towels and other items that will make your stay all the more enjoyable and personal.
