This condo lives like a brand NEW unit.The views from this unit are unparalleled, the 8th floor is high enough to give amazing vistas over the gulf and shoreline, but low enough as not to be a problem with those fearful of heights.The large balcony features nice Adirondack chairs with table and chaise loungers that is accessed from either the living area or King size master bedroom with luxury en suite bath. The pool and amenity deck is elevated with 2 pools, hot tub, splash play park area and amazing views from this private pool area.Sunrise Beach is within a mile of pier park with its restaurants like Margaritaville, and its entertainment and shopping and so close to Gulf World park where you can swim with the dolphins!, Sunrise is directly beside Sharkys and within walking distance to at least a dozen restaurants. Shipwreck Island waterpark is just a mile away and even close to putt putt and go cart tracks..
