Outside (summer months) offers a BBQ grill, picnic table, fire pit, outdoor chairs, porch bench & large driveway. We also offer wifi with a 50″ smart tv that you can access Netflix or your other streaming accounts. Sunrise Cove is conveniently located near hiking & snowmobiling trails. fishing, canoeing, cross-country skiing, local restaurants, stores, gas & much more.Bring your toys & launch at the South State park or rent any number of items locally.A couple house rules:All guests must be accounted for in reservationNo smoking of any kind inside or near open windowsDispose of butts in trashDog owners must: pick up feces outside, have dog leashed while outside & keep pet off furniture or an extra cleaning charge upwards of $250 can be chargedAdditional $50 cleaning fee for 1 dog per stay.Don’t leave garbage scattered outsideRespect quiet hours 11p.m.-7a.m. (owners live adjacent to property)Don’t leave fire in pit unattended & distinguish before retiring for the nightAdjacent garage & property is not included in rentalNo tenting, campers or rv’sNo hole digging, save it for the beachNo hunting on property or fish cleaning in the houseOnly use bath towels for bathing at houseAdditional fee will be charged if bed linens are used from bedroom drawers unauthorized
