This home has multiple central air systems and much more!The bathroom has a four-foot walk-in shower and a double vanity. Attached to this house is a large deck with furniture to enjoy everything the lake has to offer while spending time with your loved ones.Located on the property is a BBQ for all your outdoor cooking needs while making memories at the lake. To experience all the lake has to offer, there is a private beach and two kayaks located under Sunset Cottage (House 2) which is first come first serve for anybody staying on the estate. There is a park that sits directly behind the estate consisting of jungle gyms, slides, basketball, and tennis courts.There are three dock slips available on the estate. If you need a dock slip you need to reserve it with your booking. If all dock slips are taken, you can contact Halls Marina for dock space at an additional cost, they are located right next door. This home is pet-friendly, however, dogs need to be hypoallergenic and non-shedding. Pre Approval is needed for you to bring along your four-legged friend, for a small fee. Must submit an up-to-date rabies vaccination card.** This home is rented as an estate, with 5 other homes during the months of July and August.
