Smoking is permitted on balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking guest will be charged the whole amount of security deposit.CHECK INCheck in is strictly from 4pm and it is done by us and building. If your flight is delayed and if you are coming after 10pm we have to be notified immediately.CHECK OUTThe check-out is 11am.LUGGAGE STORAGELuggage storage is possible with a bellman that can hold your luggage for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. Please plan you arrival and departure times accordingly.MISSING DEVICES FROM APARTMENTIf any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item.LOST ITEMSWe are not responsible for any items left behind.
