This studio condo comes with a dedicated parking spot on the same floor of the condo. No need to fight the elevators when you arrive!This unit is furnished with a king size bed, as well as, a day bed with trundle that converts into another king size bed. You will have everything you need to make yourself at home, as the kitchen is fully equipped, and a washer/dryer is available.Beach towels are not provided, guests must bring their own.We provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, and toilet tissue.I am easily reachable through the messaging system, and try to respond to guest concerns immediately.With so much to do, you will never get bored!Attractions/Activities- Shipwreck Island Waterpark- Rockit Lanes- Race City- Coconut Creek Family Fun Park- Cobra Adventure Park- WonderWorks- Ripley’s Believe it or Not- The Grand Movie Theater_ Pier ParkThe beach is right out your front door!
