Sunseekers 1 is a Gulf-front vacation condo in 30A’s laidback community of Blue Mountain Beach. This first-floor condo features three bedrooms and two baths. It also has sunny living space, cozy furnishings, coastal accents, and a patio with beach views. The comfortable condo can sleep up to six beachgoers, which is great for a family vacation or a getaway with friends.When entering this cute vacation rental, guests are greeted with an open living room with tile floors, latte-toned walls, and natural light. Sliding glass doors lead from the great room to the gulf-front patio, complete with two lounge chairs. It’s the perfect spot for watching the waves, enjoying a relaxed moment with a fellow guest, and sipping a refreshing drink. Inside, the living area includes a couch, matching armchairs, and an accent chair. The seating ensemble is centered on a geometric-patterned rug and a square drink table. A flat-screen TV is mounted above a rustic shelving unit and is great for evening entertainment. Next to the living room, the casual dining area features a hardwood-topped table and bench seating. The kitchen sits beside the dining area with white quartz countertops, honey-toned cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances.Each of the condo’s three bedrooms is comfortable and well-appointed. The master suite has a queen-size bed, wall-mounted TV, Gulf-facing windows, a private bath, and access to the beachfront patio. One of the guest bedrooms boasts a queen-size bed with a stylish wood headboard, beach décor, and access to a full hall bath that it shares with the remaining guest bedroom. This nautical-inspired room has two twin beds with navy-blue headboards and a matching blue nightstand.In addition to relaxed vacation accommodations, guests will also enjoy close proximity to all kinds of 30A fun when they stay at Sunseekers 1. The condo has a beach walkover, which means you are less than a minute away from feeling the sand in your toes or taking a dip in the glowing waves of the Gulf. When you’re not lounging on the beach, be sure to check out the cute town of Blue Mountain Beach. Here, you can find cute restaurants and shops, including Red Fish Taco, Blue Mountain Beach Creamery, For the Health of It, and more. You can walk or bike along beautiful nature trails in the area. 30A coastal dune lakes offer a great opportunity for paddleboarding, kayaking, and fishing.
