Sit out on the private balcony that is accessed by the living room and the master bedroom.This condo is directly on the Gulf with only a few yards of green lawn between you and the white sand. The building is extremely low density with only ten units so you practically have the beach to yourself.The property is located along beautiful 30-A in Blue Mountain Beach between Grayton and Seaside. Gulf Place is a few minutes to the west. Local activities include bike riding along the bike path of 30-A, golf at the Santa Rosa Golf Club a few minutes away, or shopping at nearby Seaside or SanDestin which is only about a 15-20 minute drive.Also enjoy the numerous fine restaurants in the area or shop at one of the nearby fresh seafood stores and create your own culinary delight.**Please be aware this area has a lot of development and new construction going on.
