There is a Queen in the master bedroom with stunning gulf views. The guest bedroom offers a full size bed. Just off the kitchen is a kids room with a Twin bunk bed. The condo also offers a fully stocked kitchen, dining table with seating for 6, private balcony, full size washer and dryer and complimentary Wifi.The property is located along beautiful 30-A in Blue Mountain Beach which is between Grayton and Seaside a few minutes to the east and Gulf Place a few minutes to the west. Local activities include bike riding along the bike path of 30-A, golf at the Santa Rosa Golf Club a few minutes away, or shopping at nearby Seaside or SanDestin which is only about a 15-20 minute drive.Only one guaranteed parking spot available. There is also a guest spot available that is first come, first serve.Also enjoy the numerous fine restaurants in the area or shop at one of the nearby fresh seafood stores and create your own culinary delight.**Please be aware this area has a lot of development and new construction going on.
