Sunset Bay:”A Quaint Bungalow by the Lake”Nestled on the north end of Cayuga Lake, this quaint cottage is sure to meet all of your needs for a great vacation.From the back porch walk in to the kitchen with gas stove, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. To the right is the Master bedroom with Queen bed, dresser and plenty of closet space. A full size bathroom with shower is only a few steps away.The utility room is just off the kitchen with a washer and dryer for your convenience.The living room features a flat screen TV for those fun movie nights, internet access, and three sofas (one being a sofa-sleeper). Just off the living room is a bedroom with a double/single bunk bed.Relax on the spacious covered front deck where you can watch the wildlife and enjoy the view of the lake. Enjoy roasting marshmallows and share stories with family and friends around the firepit.Located on the Cayuga Wine Trail and nearby the NYS Thruway, Seneca Falls and the Waterloo Outlet MallStart making memories with friends and family at Sunset Bay!Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.Note: Smoking is not allowed in any rental property.Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in description.Where pets are allowed it is indicated.
