A quick half-mile walk will bring you to one of San Diego’s premier beaches! The living area offers a comfortable space perfect for recharging after a day at the beach. The air conditioned bedrooms provide a peaceful sanctuary, allowing you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. The back patio serves as an extension of the living space providing an ideal spot for al fresco dining. Whether you’re seeking a romantic getaway or a small family vacation, this cute cottage with air-conditioned bedrooms provides the perfect combination of comfort and coastal charm. This home is located adjacent to an identical 840 sqft home, also known as Sunrise Haven, providing the opportunity to rent both homes for 8 guests! It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.- Exterior surveillance cameras are recording video 24/7: front door, driveway, private patio- This unit has its own patio space, however, there is a gate in between the neighboring units patio to provide separation. The gate has a latch but there is no lock. Please refer to the photographs in the listing.- The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Air conditioning fees apply.- There is no highchair in the unit, only a pack n play.- This home can be rented together with Sunrise Haven as The Sandy Feet Retreat for a maximum occupancy of 8!CANCELLATION POLICY- A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty(30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
