Includes pool table, ping pong table, fooseball, electronic dart board, electronic basketball, giant plinko, and fire pit!As a lake home renter for many years, we finally found the perfect place to call our own and share with our guests. With an open floor plan, three levels of living, and many decks, it is wonderful for families. Come enjoy this great home with amazing lake views, free WIFI, and all the extra touches that will make this your home away from home.The Space-what people love– Everything that you will need to relax while you are on vacation!- Wow factor walking through the front door into the main level with amazing lake views- Open floor plan that is great for groups and families- Many decks all facing the lake for large gatherings or a bit of much needed private time- Concrete parking for 5 vehicles (1 indoor garage space)- Boat ramp on property- Well stocked Kitchen with starter supplies of necessities-coffee, dish soap, paper towels- Comfortable beds- Fresh linen and towels- Washer and dryer- TVs in every bedroom- Free WIFI- Pool table, ping pong, darts,, basketball, fooseball- Fire pitWhat you need to knowThe lake level is monitored by the power company. At full capacity the water depth at the end of our dock is 6 ft. Water levels are updated daily at https://lakemurraycurrents.com/lake-levels/. We do have a boat ramp on the property however it’s useability may depend upon the size of boat and water levels.Our boat ramp can accommodate most boats. Sometimes if the water is low larger boats are better suited for Dreher Island ramp which is very close by.
