Overlooking Lake George, Sunset Escape is three stories with the most spectacular views of the lake. This home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 11 people. This home has dual central heating and central air as well as a washer and dryer.The master suite is on the top floor, featuring an adjustable king bed, a master ensuite with a double vanity, and a walk-in shower. The top floor also has another large bedroom with an adjustable queen-size bed, a single shower, and a jacuzzi spa tub to relax in after a peaceful day on the water.On the main floor, there is a large family room with a TV for when you all want to cozy up and watch a movie. Enjoy the open concept with a kitchen and dining area all with, you guessed it, more amazing views. Also on the main floor is another bedroom with a queen bed and another ensuite, with a shower.The lower level has an additional two bedrooms, one with a full bed, the other with a twin over full bunk bed and a desk. Take a step outside the sliding glass doors and enjoy the view and lake breeze!Located on the property is a BBQ for all your outdoor cooking needs while making memories at the lake. To experience all the lake has to offer, there is a private beach and two kayaks located under Sunset Cottage (House 2) which is first come first serve for anybody staying on the estate. There is a park that sits directly behind the estate consisting of jungle gyms, slides, basketball, and tennis courts.There are three dock slips available on the estate. If you need a dock slip you need to reserve it with your booking. If all dock slips are taken, you can contact Halls Marina for dock space at an additional cost, they are located right next door. This home is pet-friendly, however, dogs need to be hypoallergenic and non-shedding. Pre Approval is needed for you to bring along your four-legged friend, for a small fee. Must submit an up-to-date rabies vaccination card.** This home is rented as an estate, with 5 other homes during the months of July and August.
