It has a 350+ sq ft balcony, includes 3 Bedrooms + 1 Convertible bed, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8), a dining room, a laundry room, dining room and pull-up bar stools, a large corner balcony, a front street balcony (only available in a corner unit) and an open floor plan along with 2 dedicated parking spaces (#390 & #392) Living room has a 60′ flat-screen TV with blu-ray, Netflix and wifi. Guests enjoy the incredible views of the ocean, beaches, and sunsets.The King Bedroom has Gulf Views and balcony access along with an attached Private bathroom. A bonus vanity is located in the room and the bathroom boasts a double vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted tub.The Queen Bedroom has its own balcony facing the street and is very spacious. A TV with upgraded cable can be found in this room and there is direct access to the second bathroom located in the hall.The bunk room is spacious and has a twin bunk set.
