Fantastic views of the Hills, and 2 large balconies and panoramic windows to enjoy sunsets and sunrises- Amenities: This house has comfortable beds, Keurig coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen, HBO, Netflix.- Location: There are very few places in the Hills that have the tradeoff of view/drive time like this house. Only ~5 min drive up in the Hills (and close to Sunset Blvd).- Comfortably sleeps up to 6 peopleNOTE: This is a getaway, NOT A PARTY HOUSE.We have very strict rules about music and noises after 8 pm.Breaking house rules will cause an automatic cancellation, $1000 fine and removing you from the premises.Things you need to know about the house:- Reception in Hollywood Hills is not the best. You’ll usually get 1-3 bars in the house depending on your carrier. Wifi is covered throughout the house.-Street is very tiny enough only for one car going 1 direction.- There is no additional parking right by the house. Garage can fit 2 cars and the third one can be parked parallel to the closed garage.- House include 2 units: 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom main house on the top level and to talk separated 1bdr 1bath unit with private balcony and kitchen on the bottom.NOTE: Before check in we require picture of the ID for security proposes.Guests will receive a link with a self check in instruction with directions, door codes and all necessary information.
