This self-catering villa has one of the most open floor plans in the San Andres Resort! The open floor plan allows for a comfortable holiday for the whole family. Air conditioning is available in the living and dining areas and two of the bedrooms. The bunk bedroom does not have air conditioning. (Coin based access). From the hardwood ceilings to the nicely appointed kitchen, you will not be disappointed. The location of this villa to the pool area makes it very convenient. Just a few short paces and your there! Ideal for families! San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. The sundeck has chairs and umbrellas for your use.- Layout -The master bedroom has a double size bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps, windows with shutters, air conditioning and an en-suite full bathroom with shower, sink basin and a safe.Bedroom 2 is a large bedroom with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and bed side tables, a window with shutters, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with tub, walk-in shower, WC and sink basin.Bedroom 3 has three single beds with a bedside cabinet and lamp with storage space. The guest bathroom near the front door has handicap access. This bathroom has a very large walk-in shower, sink basin and WC.The dining area has a dining room table with six chairs and of course a wonderful view! Plenty of room to share a meal together. With an open floor plan, the kitchen, dining area and living rooms are all easily accessible to each other. The kitchen has everything you would come to expect from a self-catering holiday home. The kitchen has an open plan style, fully equipped with dishes and tableware, kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, electric hob and oven, dishwasher. The terrace is very private and complete with sunbeds, BBQ and a table and chairs.There is a Children’s park onsite, tennis court, massage centre, and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more.A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day.
