The Sunset Hollywood Bungalows are 1 block south of Sunset Blvd, in the heart of literally everything. The photos are recent and accurate.Designed in the Hollywood Craftsman style, the house was built in 1920 for studio employees, writers, and actors. It’s bright and cheerful, and on a street where the neighbors all know each other and are proud of the community.The house was completely re-done from top to bottom in 2016: new roof, foundation, interior, windows, outside siding…everything.Perfect if you’re here doing business. here in L.A. or working long-distance.You have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, open living area with fireplace. The rear patio has a bbq and an enormous tree fill of delicious oranges that are yours to pick. You have off-street parking, washer-dryer, wifi, TV with all the streaming channels, Hulu live TV, complete furnishings, linens, towels, bedding, kitchen utensils, dishes, etc.. Great restaurants within a 3 minute walk… shopping nearby.
