Has a large balcony where you can enjoy the sunrise overlooking the city. Ideal location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Building is oceanfront with a large pool, social room, grill area, a carport parking area and beautiful grounds.One bedroom contains a King size bed and the second bedroom contains two queen size beds. Two full bathrooms, one with a shower the other with a bathtub.Additional $150 charge as seen on payment details is for the SSH building association for rental application (paid by renter). Application will need to be filled out 30 days prior to check-in. Absolutely No smoking. No vaping, No Pets. 30 Day minimum rental per association rules.
