The bedroom and living room have ceiling fans and window A/C units to stay cool in summer. There is a lanai (balcony) to enjoy the tropical breeze. There are 2 separate workspaces, in the bedroom and living room, so 2 people can take work meetings at the same time.The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. 2 people can sleep comfortably in the queen bed in the bedroom. There is also a queen sleeper couch in the living room that can be made up with sheets. For the comfort of guests staying more than 2 weeks, we offer complimentary midway cleaning.Beach gear is provided for your enjoyment. Traveling with kids? Our online guidebook has details on baby gear rental and nannies.Your condo is on the 3rd floor of an elevator building. You are welcome to enjoy the condo complex’s shared amenities, such as tennis/pickleball courts, pools, and BBQ areas. Our building’s pool is a saltwater pool. Free parking is included for 1 car.We are reachable for anything you need. If in-person help is needed, our on-island agent is available.A few more things to consider before booking:- Although the condo does not face the busy S Kihei road or noisy pools, it gets occasional car noise. This is mitigated by the condo being on a high floor (3rd floor).- No smoking or pets.- Hawaii and Maui GET and TAT taxes of 17.962% are included in your total payment amount to VRBO.
