Description

Located on the coveted south end of the island, Sunset Lodge offers ocean front views and a private creek dock just steps away from the front door for crabbing and fishing. This oceanfront four bedroom has both ocean and creek side screened porches providing wonderful views. The interior split floor plan provides two bedrooms and one bath on either side of the open living, dining, and kitchen area. One bedroom offers two queen beds and shares a bathroom with a bedroom featuring two bunk beds. The other two bedrooms each have one queen and share a bathroom. Additional amenities include wifi, cable TV, coffee pot and keurig, dishwasher, washer/dryer, ceiling fans throughout the home, screened in porches on both creek side and ocean side, outside hot/cold shower, hammock underneath the house along with paved parking and private floating dock.Maximum occupancy: 12No smoking.
