A 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath picturesque lakefront getaway located on the eastern shore of Cayuga Lake in the heart of the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York State.*THE SPACE:This 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath property can sleep up to 6 guests and has parking for 4 vehicles. It features a large fully screened in porch, upper and lower decks with panoramic views of the lake, a relaxing 4-person hot tub available for use year-round, a private dock with a large sun deck, and1 vertical boat lift (max 3000lbs). Cast a line off the dock for some great fishing, float peacefully in an inflatable tube (we have 2 available for rental!), or enjoy a paddle around the lake in the 2 kayaks provided for use.Take a step inside of “Sunset Oasis” to find an immaculately clean, fully furnished, and comfortable living space. You’ll walk through the fully screened porch to find an overstocked kitchen featuring a dishwasher and seating for 4-6, then a convenient half bath. Continue on to find a lovely living room area with desk space, a SMART TV, couches, a brand new queen size sleeper sofa, and views of the lake through 2 double glass doors. Walk up the stairs to find 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath, with sleeping arrangements as follows:Second Floor Bedroom 1: King Size Bed, Twin Size Bed, Dressers, Closet, TVSecond Floor Bedroom 2: Queen Size Bed, Twin Size Bed, Dressers, Closet, TVPillows, sheets, towels, and other linens are provided for your convenience. Heating and air conditioning are provided throughout for comfort in all seasons. This property is equipped with cellular service, 100mbps+ high speed internet & Wi-Fi, and a SMART TV/DIRECTV. Strictly no smoking. Pets are allowed with an additional $200 pet fee which covers up to 2 pets. Please say yes to the pet option when making the reservation so you are charged correctly. Due to high demand, there is a strict no refund policy on any bookings that include a local event or holiday weekend.Situated on the eastern shore of Cayuga Lake, less than a mile from NY Long Point State Park, this comfortable, fully furnished and equipped two-bedroom cottage can be yours to enjoy.Sit back and enjoy your favorite beverage from the cozy living room, in the year-round 4-person hot tub on the large lower deck just a few feet from the water, under the remote controlled awning on the large upper deck, or at the firepit on the lower waterside area.*OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:The shoreline and lake floor is rocky/slippery.
