It has wood tile floors, features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and covered parking with an elevator.- Birders, relax on the large private balcony and watch Roseate Spoonbills, Egrets, and Herons in their wetlands natural habitat- Fisherman, the bay is only 12-18 inches deep- you can wade right out close to the condo- Couples, enjoy the privacy of your own rooms to retire to at night after a day of enjoying the community together- Families, let the little ones play on the splash pads or float them along on the lazy river. There are weekend crafts and activities for the kiddos as well.- Winter Texans, this can be your piece of paradise for an escape to tranquility and peace.This condo is located in the upscale Pointe West community on the bayside and is next to Coastal Waves Vacations rental called Splish Splash. The Resort is independently run and charges $25 per person, (4 years or older). The use of the Beach Club is optional. The access fee is paid by credit card or cash directly to the Beach Club and is not included in rental rates.The community is easily walkable. Golf Carts are a great way to get around as well. However, golf carts dune buggies, or any other types are vehicles are not allowed on Galveston beaches, dunes, or wetlands; this is city law!Wristbands for amenities are $25 per person for the stay and sold by the Beach Club. Wristbands not required to stay in unit.
