The spacious two story great room provides a bright and open air feeling. It is open to the kitchen, dining, and wet bar areas. This floorplan allows family and friends to gather and spend quality time while enjoying the spectacular views of the Makai golf course and sparkling ocean, and glorious Hawaiian trade winds. The gourmet chef’s kitchen has ample prep space to prepare family meals. The chef will appreciate the modern stainless steel appliances including double oven, granite countertops, and openness of the kitchen while prepping meals after a day of adventuring. The large sectional couch and six person dining area will be an ideal spot to gather. Guests will find themselves in awe of the sunsets while lounging in the hammock or outdoor seating on the main lanai. Guests are welcome to use the supplied beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella, and beach games, and strum the Ukulele.The downstairs bedroom with private lanai offers two single beds, which is an ideal space for kids or can be converted to a california king if needed for an additional couple. The large bathroom on this floor features double sinks, modern tile, and a large shower with soaking tub. This bedroom also features a dedicated workspace and high speed internet.The upstairs bedroom features a large balcony overlooking the great room, has a King bed, open workout space with free weights and a queen Murphy bed for extra guests, a modern full bathroom with walk-in shower, and a private lanai overlooking the fragrant Puakenikeni tree.Our ideal location offers many attractions including walks to Anini beach, dining at Nanea restaurant, and treats at the coffee shop and market.
