Next to the kitchen is the dining area, with ample seating for six. Off of the dining area are two French doors leading to a quiet patio with great views of the golf course.The family room has plenty of seating and a sleeper sofa, with a 55″ smart TV to keep you entertained when you’re not at the beach, playing tennis, or swimming in the pool.This charming Shipyard villa comfortably sleeps 7 guests in 2 bedrooms. Down the hall on your left is the second bedroom, with a queen and twin bed. On the right is the master bedroom which has a king bed, a private bath, TV and ample space to put your bathing suits away!Evian, Hilton Head is one of Shipyard’s most scenic settings and an oasis of seclusion and serenity surrounded by the Brigantine Golf Course. An old fashioned gazebo overlooks the 5 acre lake with a sweeping footbridge and benches for wildlife viewing, the pool is open year round and the free lighted tennis courts are located nearby.
