The living room features a sofa, and loveseat in an ocean blue, along with a flat screen TV in the armoire. A sliding glass door opens to the large screened in porch overlooking the private pool area and even a BBQ grill. With plenty of seating, everyone can gather on the screened porch for happy hour or a cup of coffee to start your day. There is a table for 4 and a chair with ottoman and even a rocker!The bright and cheery kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances and there is plenty of space for help in the kitchen or just someone to hang out with the chef. The dining table includes seating for 6, and there is room for 3 more at the kitchen table and 2 at the kitchen counter. The master bedroom on the first level features a king bed, TV with BluRay DVD player and private bath with a separate shower and separate sunken tub. The second bedroom on this level features 2 twin beds, with a private bathroom offering a tub/shower combo. Upstairs you will find the laundry area with full size washer and dryer. The third and final bedroom is also upstairs and features a king bed, TV with private bathroom with a separate tub and shower. Outside, the private pool is yours to enjoy, so swim, sunbathe and play all day long! Enjoy being close to the beach, 3 nine-hole golf courses and the convenience of being close to everything!
