This spacious 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is located in the Shipmaster area of Shipyard Plantation. With new furnishings and spectacular views of the island’s natural surroundings, this beautiful villa is the perfect vacation spot on Hilton Head Island!This immaculate and well-appointed Shipyard villa offers all the comforts of home, including a work station and high speed internet. The renovated kitchen was completed in the spring of 2021 and opens to a roomy dining area. The adjoining living room is comfortably furnished and affords slider door access to a private outside patio with table and chairs, along with a grill. Also on the main floor are a laundry room and convenient half bath.Shipmaster 1602 comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 2 bedrooms on the second floor, each with a flat screen TV, private deck and newly renovated private baths! The master bedroom features a king bed, while the guest bedroom features a queen bed, as well as a day bed with a trundle. Two twin rollaway beds are also available for guest use.This property allows 1 well-behaved dog, under 75lbs each, for an additional fee of $225 plus tax.Shipmaster Hilton Head Island rentals are only a leisurely 15-minute walk or bike ride on the scenic bike paths to the beach. This community has an on-site pool and free tennis. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.Please indicate how many car passes you will need.
