The dining room offers seating for six and features casement windows with stained glass that provide additional lighting when the sun radiates through them.The spacious master bedroom decorated to be your tropical escape, has a king bed, a mounted flat screen television, access to the outdoor deck, and a stylish bathroom with custom cabinetry and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a king-size bed and a full size tub. Spiral stairs lead up to the loft, where you will find a twin-size trundle (twin over twin) for additional sleep space.This Palmetto Dunes villa is located in St. Andrews Commons just inside the desirable Palmetto Dunes Ocean Front Resort. The community features an on-site pool open April through September and is a short 1.2-mile bike ride to the beach or an easy half-mile walk to the Palmetto Dunes General Store. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.Palmetto Dunes Hilton Head is an oceanfront resort that stretches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under the William Hilton Parkway that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina and Towne Centre.Located mid-island on 2,000 acres of lush island landscapes, Palmetto Dunes boasts one of the East Coast’s premiere beaches, championship golf and tennis, and miles of bike and walking trails in a tranquil setting.
