Completely renovated top to bottom, this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom dog-friendly condo is sure to please! Wood and tile flooring span the property, which is decorated with a soothing, coastal feel. The living area features a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and access to a private patio overlooking the golf course. The patio is the perfect spot for outdoor dining and features seating for 4. Just off the living area you’ll find the dining area and a half bathroom.The kitchen features black and stainless appliances, as well as a bar with seating for 3.The bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom. The private patio can also be accessed from the bedroom. The bathroom features a separate vanity area and large, tiled walk-in shower.Guests of St. Andrews can enjoy the complex pool, as well as the many bike trails in Palmetto Dunes. Beach access is just a 10 minute bike ride away. 2 cars max.A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet.
