Sunset View is a perfect location for sunset lovers and offers easy access to our award wining beaches!Offering an open design with all new kitchen cabinets and appliances. Sunset View is ideal for couples and families alike. Enjoy this spacious beach retreat featuring a heated pool or relax with happy hour cocktails on your private deck during sunset. There is both a covered deck and an upstairs open deck overlooking the pool area. It’s tropical vibe and colorful artwork will set the tone for a perfect Bradenton Beach Retreat!There is a 50″ television with a DVD player in the downstairs living room. The upstairs living room features a 32″ television. There is a 12″ television in the guest bedroom. Of course, this wonderful home features free Wifi, expanded cable and free domestic calling.Home Layout:Bedroom #1 King bedBedroom # 2 Queen bedBedroom # 3 2 TwinsPlus Sofa sleeper in 2nd floor living area-This property will be affected by a City of Bradenton Beach Improvement project. Mandatory construction will occur along this residential street between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Guests can expect noise and street closures during this time. We apologize for the unavoidable inconvenience.Parking is limited to three vehicles.This property allows pets – there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed. Please see our AMI Locals Rental Policies for full details.This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company.We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.*The City of Anna Maria, Holmes Beach, and Bradenton Beach all have noise ordinance policies in place, and they are enforced by local law enforcement and code enforcement officers. The goal of this program is not to limit your fun or vacationing experience, instead it is designed to ensure a quality stay for every guest and resident on our island.
