It’s perfect for stopping for a lunch break on the patio and then continuing with your golf game. A benefit of our property’s location is not only the magnificant sunset views but also the many events held within walking distance of the clubhouse, such as Thanksgiving dinner, buffet dinner after the golf cart parade, New Year’s Eve dinner, pilates, music, monthly bingo, or wine tastings, to name a few. As a bonus for our December guests, our patio is on the parade path for the Christmas Golf Cart Parade, usually held the 2nd weekend of December. In July, the city’s fireworks show can also be viewed from the patio.The property has recently undergone many quality upgrades, including a new HVAC system, patio furniture, an outdoor firepit, and an electric fireplace in the living room. Plenty of windows and natural light, make this lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bath, a very comfortable and romantic vacation getaway.Enjoy sitting on the shaded patio, making new friends, watching golfers, or walking to any of the 20 pools/spas within the resort. The prime location is across from the newly renovated 42,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, tennis/pickleball courts, and full-service dining and bar.The Palm Desert Resorter offers a prime spot for championship pickleball, tennis tournaments at BNP or the Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals. Enjoy stunning views with giant palm trees and breathtaking scenery of the Santa Rosa, San Jacinto and San Gorgonio Mountains.As a guest, you’ll also have fee access to The Resorter Country Club for excellent 72 par championship golf. To minimize dust and for your convenience, house cleaning is included for stays longer than 28 days, twice per month. Each bedroom has USB outlets, its own TV, and a 55″ TV in the living room. The garage has an extra refrigerator and two convenient access doors to the unit for unloading luggage or groceries. The kitchen has many small appliance options. For your enjoyment and safety, the HOA is strict; speeding fines within the complex start at $200. A Ring doorbell and alarm system are installed for security. Guests may use the alarm system with a guest code included.
