It boasts historical value as a converted pharmaceutical building and one of the only buildings that survived the devastating tornado of 1953.Guests please take note: as this is located in a centralized area downtown, there are occasional noises from nearby businesses and a train. Being a historic condo building, there are also occasional noises from plumbing lines and neighboring condos that can be heard. We have provided white noise machines in each bedroom as well as in the living room next to the sleeper sofa for your comfort.Feel 100% safe in this secure, locked building. To access the unit, you will use a door code that will be provided before check-in. You will have access to the entire condo except for one locked owner’s closet.
