The dining table seats 12 and is easily accessible from the sunny kitchen whose windows look out onto the covered porch and backyard. French doors provide access to the porch, providing a seamless connection to the back yard. This rear bedroom is also accessible via a back staircase leading from first floor living room up to large open landing with ample closets, laundry and a full bath with shower.The entire third floor is a spacious, open light-filled bedroom with Twin beds and a full bath with shower, and a comfortable pull-out couch.Sonos stereo system is installed throughout the house.
