This bright and spacious studio is right across the street from the Snowflake Chair Lift! A classic Breckenridge condo, ideal location for hitting the slopes in the winter and accessing hiking trails in the summer.Tyra Lookout #22 can sleep up to 3 people with a full bed as well as a twin pull out chair. There is a TV in the living room as well as the sleeping area. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy mountain views and catch skiers going by, down Four O’clock run.Soak away the day’s adventures in either the large community outdoor hot tub or one of the two indoor hot tubs. This condo does have a stack-able washer and dryer in the hallway. Condo is located on the 2nd floor and the elevator is close to the front door of the condo, if you don’t want to take the stairs.Breckenridge STR license # 384030001
