*NEWLY REMODELED* with an open concept living and kitchen area. Bedroom one has a Queen bed and bedroom two has two double beds. Electric fireplace and a flat screen TV added as well.Welcome to Munising Michigan, the home of Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, Waterfalls, Boat Cruises, Scenic Tours, and some great Yooper Pasties! Located right in downtown Munising within walking distance to most attractions and food. This apartment is perfect for short or long stays, whether you are passing through on vacation, or coming up for work and looking for furnished housing. We recently added a grill outback for guest use, this is shared with unit #2 as well. There is a firepit and seating as well. This is also shared with other guests. Pet friendly for dogs up to 30lbs for an $80 pet fee plus tax an additional pet would be another $50. Located on the 2nd Floor, the stairwell includes 21 steps to access the units. Larger groups can rent more than one unit in the building if needed, there is a total of 4. Call us for more information.***There is a doorbell camera mounted at the back entryway outside.***Door code will be released the night prior to check-in for security purposes.*NO SNOWMOBILE or TRAILER PARKING* 1 PARKING SPACE PER RENTAL IN THE WINTER OUT BACK FOR FREE**Superior Street parking is available in the summer for no cost.****If you are booking through Airbnb or VRBO you will receive a separate contract from Pictured Rocks Vacation Rentals. In order to receive check-in information you will be required to sign this.
