Located on desirable Gulf Boulevard, this breezy Key West style beach house offers wide views of the beach from the private balcony. A porch swing and rocking chairs make it the perfect place to relax after beach time. Beach access is directly across the street.This beach house consists of two upstairs vacation units, each with a private balcony.Inside, the house is richly finished with marble floors, granite counters, and plush, upscale furnishings. A television is in every bedroom, as well as the den. The kitchen is fully equipped. The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer. All linens are provided.Conveniently located in the center of South Padre Island, it is walking distance to outdoor entertainment (great for teens), restaurants, and even the island grocery store. Across the street is the shuttle stop for the FREE Island shuttle (another teen favorite).Four guests can sleep comfortably as shown. Well-behaved pets are accepted with owner’s approval for $75.Provided are beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, and more. Downstairs is an outdoor shower to rinse sand after beach time.Want to fish?
