Be sure to explore Seal Rock, the ultimate spot to watch local seals and sea lions gather!Welcome Home- This has plenty of ocean breezes through windows and doors but does not have AC.- You may bring your dog, but it must be approved in advance and is subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet and a deposit of $300. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups.
